Sales Development Representatives

The Team Builders is seeking a skilled Real Estate Sales Executive to expand our client base in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively prospecting and generating leads, building strong relationships with potential buyers and investors, and presenting and selling real estate properties to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads to expand client base.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
- Sales: Present and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand property values and investment potential.
- Negotiations: Manage negotiations and provide expert advice to clients throughout the buying process.
- Results-Oriented: Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay updated on real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment.
- Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic (or any other relevant language).
