Regional Sales Development Manager

HTrust Human Resources Consultancy is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and enhance market presence in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve defined sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Cultivate robust relationships with dealers and customers to expand market share.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales of building materials, furniture fittings, or architectural hardware.
- B-Tech degree, MBA preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English required.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from AED 8,000 to AED 10,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, the company offers a standard benefits package.
Preferred Qualifications:
- UAE/GCC driving license.
- Already based in UAE.
