Business Development Manager Opportunity

Click and Connect Online Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing and nurturing new prospects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Source new prospects through various mediums
  • Contact prospects via telephone to introduce the business and schedule appointments
  • Promptly follow up on company-provided leads and handle them effectively
  • Manage calendars and diaries to arrange meetings at suitable times
  • Maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Follow up with third parties involved in the sales process
  • Meet and exceed company KPIs and targets

Key Requirements:

  • Solid interest in building or advancing a career in Financial Services
  • Willingness to learn and strive for a minimum of Level 4 qualification
  • High-quality professional communication skills
  • Success and target-driven mindset
