Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

This role will focus on acquiring and retaining clients while nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. As a strategic partner, you will identify new business opportunities and work closely with the team to generate new business within large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set targets for new business development and implement new business initiatives across the business and sales teams.
  2. Work closely with team members to generate new business within large accounts.
  3. Identify sales opportunities resulting from market changes.
  4. Negotiate sales contracts with customers and ensure their profitability.
  5. Collaborate with the technical team during pre-sales engagements.
  6. Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.

Qualification Standards, Knowledge & Experience:

  • 4-8 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager.
  • Experience as a BIM Engineer is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with another language being an advantage.
  • Microsoft Office literacy, with a strong focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Education & Training:

  • MSc, MBA, or BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Valid Driving License.
