Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Star Services LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking as required.
- Prepare regular financial reports on expenses and office budgets to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Update and maintain company databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Review and update office policies as necessary to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate and maintain the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
- Arrange meeting rooms and resources as needed.
- Handle correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages, ensuring timely distribution and storage.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and guests.
- Schedule internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- UAE nationality is a requirement for this position.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of AED 60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
