Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Al Sahraa Recruitment Services. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing routine and advanced duties, managing calendars, sorting mail, preparing invoices, handling office tasks, and facilitating efficient communication across the office.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities
- Organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle financial transactions
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, maintaining high levels of productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
