Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Al Sahraa Recruitment Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Emiratization team and assisting with the recruitment and placement of Emirati candidates in various organizations.
About the Role- Provide administrative support to the Emiratization team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist with the recruitment process for Emirati candidates, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain a database of Emirati candidates and their qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Liaise with organizations and candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with government agencies and organizations to ensure compliance with Emiratization requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports on Emiratization efforts and progress to management.
- Support the Emiratization team in achieving its goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including organizations and candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with Emiratization policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or Emiratization-related position.
- Knowledge of Emiratization policies and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of 4000-5500 AED per month, depending on experience.
