Administrative Officer

Star Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, preparing reports on expenses and budgets, maintaining databases, organizing filing systems, answering employee and client queries, updating office policies, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office supplies stock and place orders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintain and update company databases to ensure accurate information.
- Organize a comprehensive filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Update office policies as needed to reflect changes in procedures or regulations.
- Maintain an up-to-date company calendar and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Book meeting rooms as required to accommodate business needs.
- Distribute and store correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages, securely.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned, to support business development.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and clients, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Schedule in-house and external events to promote collaboration and productivity.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry. UAE nationality is a plus.
