We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Kintec Recruitment Limited.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint). Experience with SAP is also desired.

This role requires a minimum of two years' experience in a similar position, with familiarity with the country and city where the project is located. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize workload and work under pressure while demonstrating dependability, commitment, and reliability.

As an Administrative Support Professional, you will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. You may also be required to train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PMT with personal and work-related duties.
  • Prepare letters and documentation.
  • Receive/make telephone calls.
  • Take minutes during meetings as required.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports/presentations.
  • Organize events, lunches, dinners, or assist with the organization thereof.
  • Attend events as requested in a PR/Hostess capacity.

Requirements:

  • Educational & Technical Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Human Resource requirements and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position.

Salary: $Negotiable, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
