About Us:Star Services LLC is a dynamic and innovative company seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of related experience in Admin and UAE Nationality.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as required.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets to ensure effective financial management.
- Maintain and update company databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents, ensuring ease of access and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Answer queries from employees and clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Update office policies as needed to reflect changes in the business environment.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Book meeting rooms as required to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages) efficiently and securely.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned to support business decisions.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for team members and visitors.
- Schedule in-house and external events to promote teamwork and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in Admin.
- UAE Nationality.
