Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Poweron Ener Tech. The ideal candidate will act as the CEO's right-hand person, managing day-to-day administrative work and financial tasks while ensuring seamless communication coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Support: Maintain and update records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and handle some petty cash.
  • VAT Filing: Prepare VAT filings in accordance with UAE regulations.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and track expenses for accurate financial reporting.

Secretarial Duties:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Correspondence Management: Handle emails, phone calls, and written communication on behalf of the CEO, drafting responses as needed.
  • Support Services: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Presentation & Report Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents required by the CEO for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain company records, contracts, and sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA, B. Com, or M. Com from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the UAE in an accounting, administrative, or secretarial role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (QuickBooks).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external correspondence professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially handling financial data, documents, and contracts.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, anticipate challenges, and offer solutions proactively.

Additional Information:

  • The salary package for this position is between AED 3,500 and AED 4,000 per month.
  • This is a full-time position, requiring immediate availability.
