Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the SAIF Zone portal, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.

3. Oversee logistics related to operations within the SAIF Zone, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

4. Assist in the preparation and submission of Bill of Entry (BOE) documents.

5. Liaise with SAIF Zone authorities and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve any issues.

6. Maintain records and documentation related to logistics and access management.

7. Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles within the SAIF Zone.

Familiarity with logistics management and BOE processes.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
