**Job Summary**:
This role is for WonderBee Ice Cream Factory
**Responsibilities**:
**_Human Resources_**
- Provide support to the HR Executive in all HR related administrative work for 25 employees.
**_ Procurement_**
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement department.
- Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain a vendor database with up-to-date information.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of vendors based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Generate purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Collaborate with other departments to confirm order specifications and requirements.
- Track and manage order status to ensure timely delivery.
**_ Administration_**
- Providing support at the office for all administrative work
- Able to work under pressure and fast learner.
- Minimum 1 year experience required in admin job.
