**Job Vacancy: Admin cum HR**

**Location**: Industrial Area, Sharjah

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:

- **Purchase Orders**: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up with vendors and suppliers.
- **Client Management**: Handle communications with sales clients, responding to inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service.
- **Support Accounting**: Assist the accounting department with documentation, invoice management, and reconciliation tasks.
- **General Manager Assistance**: Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Maintain and organize office documents, filing systems, and administrative records.
- Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and appointments.
- Ensure office supplies are ordered and stocked regularly.

**HR Support**:

- Assist in recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
- Support new hire onboarding processes.
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, with some exposure to HR tasks.
- Familiarity with PRO documents requires, and company licensing
- Familiarity with preparing purchase orders and basic accounting processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software (Odoo).
- Ability to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Having UAE driving license is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
