We are looking for an Admin Executiveto perform administrative tasks in our company " MEP contracting field".

Applicant should have a good experience in Microsoft office

**Administrative tasks**:

- Preparing quotations and support engineering team in the administration tasks.
- Meet and greet clients and ensure their queries are attended.
- Receive documents and submit to Mangment & other departments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers if and when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to Managing partners of the company.
- Organize and categorize documents according to project, phase, or department.
- Ensure all documents are properly named, dated, and version controlled.

**Skills**:

- Good organizational skills.
- Proactive and ability to multi task
- Coordination Skills
- Writing Skills
- MS office skills a must. ( Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word..)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Related: 2 years (preferred)
