We are looking for a talented business leader to take on the role as Head of Distributor Sales in the Gulf Cluster and Egypt, based in our Dubai office.

The role
The Head of Distributor Sales will report to the Country Manager for Saudi/GCC - having responsibility for managing distributors in six countries across our three business areas Ostomy Care, Continence Care and Wound Care. You will be responsible for execution of an ambitious strategy to become the market leader in the region, and to build better access to healthcare together with our distributor partners.
To succeed in the job, you will
Establish strong rapport with our distributors, guiding them towards achieving best-in-class status.
Build and leverage a strong sales force and marketing acumen by activating Coloplast Sales, Marketing and clinical programs with our valued partners.
Lead the operational side of the business incl. order management, finance, pricing, regulatory etc. with a steady hand to ensure that products are always available when needed.
The Head of Distributor Sales will be a member of the GCC/Saudi Management team and participate in continuous strategic development of the entire region.
The markets to be covered includes Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and UAE.. The role is based in Dubai, but frequent travel in the region is expected.

**Ideal experience**:
Preferably 5+ years of leadership experience Including full P&L responsibility and business management
Master’s level in Business, Finance, Economics or a clinical background combined with MBA
Experience from running sales, marketing, or business development in medical device industry, preferably in the Middle East
