4. Engage customers at all levels to develop long term business relationship.

5. Responsible for driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process, by taking ownership for the commercial agreement for each client.

6. Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of end-to-end IT offerings including IT infrastructure, security technologies, cloud hosting, managed services & digital transformation in local competitive environment.

7. Work closely with vendors/OEMs to predict strategies for solutions and services and will articulate the associated impacts with clients.

8. Develop a good understanding of the organisation’s products and services to coordinate pre-sales requirements.

9. Working as part of a team to generate revenues to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. 10. Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- 5- 10 years of working experience in ICT solutions sales, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding of the latest technologies, preferably from SI environment
- Demonstrate experience in managing sales pipeline.
- Experience in selling and enterprise customers in Dubai and Northern Emirates
- Proven client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience.
- Proven experience negotiating with clients and vendors.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Sound knowledge and experience in understanding customer challenges and proposing best suitable ICT solutions from portfolio.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
