We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Real Estate Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
As a Real Estate Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. Your role will also include a variety of administrative tasks to support our real estate agents and office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about properties and services.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with preparing, filing, and managing real estate documents and contracts.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and preparing promotional materials.
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- **Client and Office Management**:
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
- Handle client complaints or issues with professionalism and tact.
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
