Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Provide front-desk coverage by assisting tenants, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment
- Organize and book meeting rooms for tenant.
- Update and check the Masterfile of all offices in the business centre.
- Maintain filing system for all documentations.
- Make commercial lease agreement and tenancy contract for newly tenants.
- Do office viewing for interested clients
**Requirements**:
- Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- Good English communication
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office/Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Multilingualism may be preferred or required.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Those who hold valid residence visa with NOC and live around Sports City/Motor City will be given first preference.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
