As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Manager to lead our efforts in building and maintaining valuable partnerships within the business-to-business (B2B) sector.

Position Overview:
As the B2B Manager at Wane Group, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, event planners, catering companies, and other businesses to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities to expand the restaurant's corporate client base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract businesses for catering, corporate events, and other partnerships.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- **Collaboration with Marketing**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions for B2B clients.
- Develop marketing materials tailored to the B2B sector, showcasing our restaurant's offerings and capabilities.
- **Customized Solutions**:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and experiences for corporate clients.
- Ensure that all B2B partnerships align with the restaurant's brand and values.
- **Sales and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze B2B sales performance, providing regular reports to the leadership team.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall financial success of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitors in the restaurant industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
