As a B2B Account Manager at URBI, you will play a pivotal role in connecting businesses with our advanced location-based tools and services to drive growth and success.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **B2B Account Manager** to join our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our B2B clients. Your primary focus will be to understand their unique business needs, present tailored solutions using URBI’s products and services, and ensure that clients extract maximum value from their investment.
**What you are going to do**:
- **Client Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing B2B clients. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to position URBI solutions effectively.
- **Consultative Selling**: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their pain points and offering tailored geospatial solutions that align with their business goals. Present the value proposition of URBI products and services in a compelling manner.
- **Needs Analysis**: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify how URBI can add value to clients' operations. Collaborate with the product and technical teams to craft customized solutions that address specific client requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of URBI products, services, and technology. Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- **Solution Presentations**: Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that highlight the benefits of URBI solutions. Address client questions and concerns to build confidence in our offerings.
- **Account Growth**: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding clients' usage of URBI products and services.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with both client expectations and URBI’s goals.
- **Customer Success**: Monitor clients' usage and satisfaction with URBI’s solutions. Proactively address any issues, provide ongoing support, and be the clients' advocate within the company.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for internal review.
**What we expect**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in **B2B tech sales**, account management, or business development, preferably in geospatial solutions with **7+ years of experience.**:
- Strong understanding of geospatial technology, mapping, navigation, or related fields.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Consultative selling approach with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering value-based solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
- Proficiency in English
