We are looking for results-driven B2B Sales Professionals with a passion for online gaming to join our growing team. As a B2B Sales Managers, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and onboard new clients for our flagship product, Bollytech. You will play a key role in maximizing visibility for Bollytech and expanding our client base within the online gaming industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in industry events and conferences to showcase Bollytech and engage with potential clients.
- Pitch and onboard new companies to the Bollytech platform, focusing on maximizing revenue and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the online gaming industry, including gaming operators, software providers, and other relevant partners.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the online gaming market.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the online gaming industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the online gaming market, including knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and key players.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products to potential clients.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business success.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel and participate in industry events and conferences as required.
