HR Administrator Receptionist

Manufacturing company based in Sharjah Airport Free Zone (SAIF Zone) is looking to hire a HR Administrator cum Receptionist with minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Strong English written and oral skills.
- Ability to communicate in basic Hindi language would be a plus point.
- Experience in administrative tasks, filing paperwork, maintaining soft copies, etc.
- Should be an expert in using MS Excel and Word.
- Previous experience working with an ERP software would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining computer system and filing by updating and entering data and documents in the Epicor ERP System and MS Excel.
- Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as annual leaves, salaries, etc.
- Organizing and maintaining the personnel files of all staff.
- Handle hiring process, prepare Offer Letters for New Employees etc.
- Handle the process for Employee Contract Renewals and Visa renewal and cancellation process with SAIF Zone.
- Admin Letter writing, etc.
- Reception work
- handling phone calls, faxes, receiving visitors, etc.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
