Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and coordinating HR activities to ensure the smooth operation of the HR and administrative functions. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Maintain and update physical and digital office files and records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leaves, and other HR-related metrics.
- Support the performance appraisal process and training & development activities.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative and HR processes.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and office administration.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
