**Job Title**: HR Administrative - Payroll
**Department**: Human Resources
**Job Summary**:
The HR Administrative - Payroll role is responsible for managing and processing payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely compensation to employees. This role also involves administrative tasks related to human resources, such as maintaining employee records, addressing payroll inquiries, and supporting HR processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Processing**:
1. Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Calculate and verify overtime, bonuses, and other special payments.
3. Prepare and distribute paychecks or electronic transfers to employees.
**Employee Records**:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the payroll system.
2. Update and input new employee information, changes, and deductions.
**Compliance and Reporting**:
1. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies in payroll processing.
2. Generate and submit payroll-related reports as required by management or regulatory authorities.
**Payroll Inquiries**:
1. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, deductions, and taxes.
2. Provide assistance and clarification on payroll-related issues.
**Time and Attendance**:
1. Monitor and manage employee time and attendance records.
2. Collaborate with department managers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
**Benefits Administration**:
1. Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits as applicable.
**Documentation and Filing**:
1. Maintain organized and secure payroll and HR records.
2. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information.
**Assistance in HR Processes**:
1. Support various HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
2. Collaborate with the HR team on HR-related projects and initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Working Conditions**:
- HR Administrative - Payroll professionals typically work in office settings.
- The role involves the use of computers and payroll software.
- Work hours are typically during regular office hours, with occasional flexibility based on payroll processing deadlines.
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 per month
