Female Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative duties and HR tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and employee onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Assist in financial tasks such as invoicing, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.
- Handle customer calls and provide exceptional customer service while addressing their inquiries or concerns.
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a cleaning company is a plus.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
