**A Company in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE is looking to hire the following**:
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for an HR & Administrative Executive. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling attendance and billing, and managing staff members.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in office management and administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in the paper and/or recycling industry is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in SAP or relevant Human Resource and Administrative software.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process leave, leave salary, airfare, loans, and other employee requests.
- Maintain and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).
- Oversee local staff and Emiratization initiatives.
- Administer various insurances including medical group insurance, workmen compensation, vehicle insurance, PAR, PLL, money, and fidelity coverage.
