About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Dubizzle Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your networking skills, market research, and industry knowledge to identify potential clients and partners that can help drive revenue growth for our company.
  2. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  3. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our clients and partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  1. Secondary Education or Equivalent: A minimum of secondary education or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  2. Valid UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
  3. Minimum Years of Experience: A minimum of years of experience in sales or a related field is required.
  4. Basic Knowledge of Sales Processes: A basic understanding of sales processes and principles is required.
  5. Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
  6. Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities is critical in this role.
