    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure profitability
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail, operations, product management, or business management/consulting with a focus on negotiations and delivering results
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Excel and financial analysis
  • Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing data to drive performance and process improvements
  • Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing, and promotion, inventory management, and product development
