- Database Management: Maintain a list/database of prospective clients and a database (CRM) of prospective clients.
- Pitch Development: Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Quote and Proposal Development: Develop quotes and proposals for business opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of direct business development experience.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
- Soft Skills: Persuasive and goal-oriented, able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives, excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
