Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Star Services LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining databases, and providing exceptional support to our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry in various company databases
- Managing office supplies stock and ordering materials as needed
- Preparing reports on expenses and office budgets for management review
- Organizing filing systems for confidential documents and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Providing administrative support to employees and clients, including answering queries and resolving issues
- Updating company policies and procedures as necessary to ensure alignment with industry standards
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as booking meeting rooms and arranging travel arrangements
- Distributing correspondence and packages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and tracking
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned by management
- Arranging events and conferences, both internally and externally, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration
Requirements:
- 1 year of related experience in administration
- UAE Nationality
Estimated Salary: AED 8,500 - AED 10,000 per month (dependent on qualifications and experience)
