Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our outlet managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to outlet managers, including typing, taking minutes, and dictation, as well as drafting letters and handling telephone calls.
  • File Management: Maintain the security and upkeep of all Food and Beverage files, ensuring that all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Recipe Management: Coordinate the input of all standard recipes into the computer system and maintain the computerized recipe file.
  • Menu Coordination: Type and coordinate the printing of all outlet menus for outlet managers.
  • Database Management: Create and maintain a Food and Beverage database, including suppliers, guests, and other contacts.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare relevant materials for meetings attended by the Food and Beverage Director, including the Daily Operations Meeting, Daily Food and Beverage briefing, Executive Committee Meetings, Food and Beverage Departmental Meetings, and Sales and Marketing Meeting.
  • Purchase Requests: Submit Purchase Requests for the Food and Beverage Division for signature to the Food and Beverage Director and log and trace Purchase Requests for execution.
  • Enquiry Handling: Handle and direct all Food and Beverage Enquiries to the appropriate ambassador.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate a master weekly schedule for all division (management only).
