Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at myGwork as an Assistant Director. This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of the Government and Corporate sector, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Government and Corporate sector, ensuring that myGwork's delivery meets their needs and expectations.
  • Deliver Enterprise Propositions: Identify and develop opportunities to deliver myGwork's enterprise solutions to customers in the Government and Corporate sector, establishing C-suite dialogue and relationships.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Find new opportunities through strategic projects to scale against core customers, leading the extension of propositions and driving business growth.
  • Build and Deliver Strategic Account Plans: Develop and track strategic account plans, forecasting and reporting key information and performance indicators.
  • Connect Customers to myGwork: Connect customers into myGwork's most senior relationship leader and escalation point, who makes connections to address opportunities, resolve issues, and lead the engagement.
  • Leverage Sector Insight: Leverage deep insight into the Government and Corporate sector to uncover opportunities and risks for customers, while addressing their needs.
  • Share Feedback and Market Intel: Share feedback and market intel with internal segments and management, ensuring that myGwork stays ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Lead Data Sales: Lead data sales into Kingdom of Saudi Arabia accounts across multiple sectors/segments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Experience in collaborating across multiple markets, ideally speaking multiple languages including fluent Arabic read, write, and spoken.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in any of these domains: Compliance Solution or Data Solutions.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, systematic, persuasive, friendly, and able to interact with prospects and customers at all levels.
  • Sales Process Expertise: Experience of working on sales processes from end to end.
  • Networking: Networker: connected into relevant industries; abreast of latest trends.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills: written and verbal in both an in-person and virtual setting.
  • Multiple Years of Experience: Multiple years of selling into Saudi Arabia is a must.
  • Education: BA/BS required. Advanced degree (MBA, JD/LLB, MA/MS, MEng, etc.) preferred.
