Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans and statements of Work (SoW) growth actions.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of business development and sales strategies. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand the partnership
  • Understanding key business drivers, including emerging risks and interpreting impacts and opportunities for ABB
  • Participating in developing sales strategies by providing insights into the customers' current and long-term plans
  • Defining and proposing sales targets for the account, ensuring their achievement through structured follow-up across divisions and countries
  • Selling products, solutions, and services to customers, focusing on volume mix and profitability targets
  • Ensuring a coordinated sales approach, adding value for both the customer and ABB
  • Monitoring competitors' activities and formulating appropriate response strategies
  • Providing input on market price developments
  • Driving the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 10 years of experience in account management within the energy industry
  • Experience in portfolio management, business strategy, and market intelligence
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and customer experience success
  • Knowledge of regulation and legal compliance, pricing excellence, and budget and performance targets
  • Expertise in account management, business development, and sales enablement
  • Familiarity with general sales practices, solution/application sales engineering, and channel sales
  • Proficiency in contract and risk management
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ABB's core values, safety, and integrity standards
  • Arabic speaking language essential for stakeholders management
