About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Talent Pal. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the retention and expansion of our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate pipeline and sales information in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a professional services B2B sales environment, ideally in a commodities or financial information focused business.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, fluency in English, and a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance.
Desirable Skills
  • Industry Knowledge: General knowledge of the energy markets and an understanding of back/middle/front office operations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic.
