At People Perfect Advisory, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in our HR and technology solutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new business, and nurturing client relationships to ensure continued success and growth.

The role is based in Dubai and requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

We offer a competitive salary of AED 18,000 - 25,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to promote HR consultancy services, including recruitment, employee outsourcing, training, and payroll management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized HR solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Providing market insights to the management team to refine service offerings and strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR consultancy or related industries in UAE.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
