Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Duncan & Ross. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue expansion for our company.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business plans to acquire and retain clients, nurturing long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities for mutual benefit.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to generate new business within large accounts, leveraging expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities arising from market changes, ensuring timely responses to emerging trends and competitive landscapes.
- Pursue strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their networks and expand our customer base.
- Negotiate sales contracts with customers, ensuring profitability and meeting business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing materials and tools supporting our new business initiatives.
- Establish strong relationships with key project stakeholders, influencing and negotiating outcomes that benefit both parties.
- Promote Duncan & Ross's expertise in BIM to new and existing clients, positioning us as a trusted partner in the industry.
- Participate in the quotation and negotiation phase of new projects, working closely with the technical team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor project delivery phases to identify new business opportunities, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- A minimum of 4-8 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in account management, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions, driving business growth, and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and negotiate successful outcomes.
- Excellent English language skills, with another language being an advantage.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office (particularly Excel), and other relevant tools.
