Overview

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads to convert them into clients. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, trends, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by actively engaging in business development activities.
  • Event Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand its network.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback to senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 23 years of experience in business development, sales, or event management.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Sales Skills: Strong foundation in sales and business development, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in business development.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
