Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Taamul Credit Review. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the SME banking sector.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. This will involve building relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Your primary focus will be on SME tailored financing solutions, working closely with our RAK bank partners to understand their needs and develop innovative products that meet those requirements. You will also be responsible for generating leads, attending business client meetings, and providing exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales profile as relationship officer for business account opening and SME tailored financing solution for SME small medium enterprises from RAK bank.
  2. Leverage your expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our reach and influence in the SME market.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. You should have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the SME banking sector and its trends.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance, is required. You should also have a solid understanding of financial products and services, with experience working in a similar capacity an added advantage.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of AED 120,000 - AED 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and career development opportunities.
