Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to engage with alumni, including the creation of targeted outreach programs and events.
  • Lead the Alumni Affairs team in achieving the university's objectives, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Manage a team of volunteers, including the Alumni Council and International Chapters, to support the President of the Alumni Council in organizing meetings and directing them to achieve the council's purpose and mission.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the alumni database and online networking portal, working closely with the senior officer to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage the Alumni Affairs budget, tailoring the Alumni Relations program to available resources and monitoring expenses against that budget.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues across the university, ensuring seamless collaboration on alumni-related matters, including events, publications, and web communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni and other networks to support and develop strategies for alumni office activity.
  • Lead and manage the staff, including the student trainee, to ensure the team's success and growth.
  • Represent the university at significant alumni office events, promoting the university's mission and values.

  • Proven experience in alumni relations, development, or a related field.
