- Achieves budgeted room nightquotas and average rates set out in the yearly business plan forthe hotel.
- Coordinates the hotels participationin multiple property and companywidecampaigns.
- Knowledgeable about the competitiveset and will be on top of marketsharestatistics.
Qualifications:
- 8 to 10 yearsof hotel experience at the property level. At least 5 of which havebeen managing sales personnel.
- FormalUniversity/College education preference given to those with a hotelmanagement degree. Experience in the advertising field and formerassociation with an ad agency.
- Provenorganizational and communicationsskills.
- Knowledge andexperience in the tour and Corp IT is essential; familiarity withthe convention market segments and leisure market segments is anasset.
