**SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS**:
The part-time Student Helper will play a crucial role in fostering communication with students and alumni, promoting Masar Career Excellence services, and actively encouraging engagement in various career activities. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the dynamic landscape of career services at Ajman University, actively involving students and alumni in valuable career-building opportunities facilitated by Masar Career Excellence.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in organizing career workshops and training programs to enhance students' career readiness.
- Collaborate with team members to implement strategies to boost the participation and engagement of students and alumni in various career activities organized by Masar.
- Collaborate with team members to develop initiatives that enhance the overall career development experience.
- Reach out to students and alumni to increase awareness of the AU Career Fair.
- Encourage students and alumni to register for and attend the career fair.
- Provide guidance and assistance in the registration process.
- Assist in registering students and alumni at the Masar booth.
- Promote the newly launched career platform to students and alumni.
- Provide information and assistance on accessing and utilizing the features of the new platform.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
- 0-1 years of experience in the same field or a similar nature position.
