Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Food and Beverage Operations to join our team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Division, including Outlets, Banquets, Culinary, and Stewarding, to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Food and Beverage Division to achieve financial and operational targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
  • Analyze business trends to develop accurate forecasts and strategies to maximize profits.
  • Prepare annual budgets and administer in a fiscally responsible manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Hotel's annual strategic plan and achieve the goals and targets therein.
  • Provide vision and creativity in renovation opportunities.
  • Implement effective control of food, beverage, labor, and operating expenses throughout the Food and Beverage Division.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
