Job Description

Job Title: Executive Sous Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of Culinary in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food & Beverage outlets and banquets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring that each outlet is managed by a Management Team who are totally accountable for their profitability.
  • Set Annual Operating Targets in conjunction with each Chef de Cuisine.
  • Monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them.
  • Ensure that the Department Operational Budget is strictly adhered to.
  • Review monthly forecasts and schedule resources accordingly.
  • Represent the Kitchen Department in the absence of the Director of Culinary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
