Front Desk Operations Manager
At Marriott International, we are seeking a skilled Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and leading the front desk team to achieve our goals.
- Customer Service
- Provide services that exceed customer expectations and promote customer satisfaction and retention.
- Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
- Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Front Desk Operations
- Supervise and manage front desk employees, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensure employees do the same within the team.
- Supervise all areas of the front office in the absence of the front office or assistant front office manager.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide information to supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, email, or in person.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Inform and/or update executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.

- Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead a team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, guests, and management.
- Ability to analyze information, evaluate results, and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
