Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests.

• Train and mentor front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints or issues.

• Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processes.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' needs and requests are met in a timely manner.

• Maintain the front desk area clean and organized, including the lobby and reception area.

• Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees.

• Assist in scheduling and securing front desk staff.

• Handle cash and credit transfers, and balance the cash register daily.

• Prepare and submit reports on front desk operations and performance.

• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve front desk operations.
