We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join Caliberly in Dubai. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background, proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe software, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand Caliberly's presence in the market.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Design Concept Creation: Utilize AutoCAD and Adobe software to create and present design concepts that meet client specifications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Project Coordination: Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting Caliberly's expertise and value proposition.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services, meeting client expectations and driving business growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic planning and business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a degree in Business, Sales, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with knowledge of the design and construction industry preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • UAE Drivers License: Possess a valid UAE Drivers License, as this role requires frequent travel and site visits.
  • Arabic Language Proficiency: Required for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

About the Role:
