Talent Pal is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Africa and Middle East Controllership team. As a key leader, you will drive strong governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize financial operations across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional accounting expertise, strong leadership abilities, and an understanding of the regulatory landscape in the region, particularly in Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will collaborate with the Africa and Middle East Controller to develop and implement a team strategy that prioritizes robust governance, resilience, and compliance with International Controllership standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the annual statutory financial statements process, including managing external audits and ensuring tax compliance.
  • Foster relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners across the region to effectively address accounting and financial challenges.
  • Identify and advocate for system and process improvements to maintain compliance in specific jurisdictions within a dynamic regulatory environment.
  • Provide guidance to the business on risk mitigation strategies and contribute to building a scalable financial infrastructure for the region.
