Client Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily business in client servicing and providing high-quality service. You will be the point of entry for processing client orders, such as stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits. Additionally, you will perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, including account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC, and due diligence. You will also research, follow up, and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients and internal partners in a timely and professional manner. Furthermore, you will support client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and with administrative, legal, and compliance-related tasks and duties. You will also mitigate risks and raise red flags and concerns.

You will be working in the Client Service Team based in the Advisory Office Dubai, a multicultural and dynamic team. The CST Dubai supports client advisors across three main markets: Arabian Gulf, Saudi Arabia, and NRI/NRP. You will play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with financial services experience, ideally within a client-facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry. You should have a banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial qualifications. You should also have effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others. Additionally, you should have an interest in financial markets and dealing with institutional-like clients. You should also have sound judgment and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results. You should be confident, motivated, and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Finally, you should have excellent skills in English (oral and written), and further languages are an asset.
