**Duty Manager for Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates**
Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office department. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with Kempinski Health & Safety Policy, and providing exceptional guest service. Additionally, the candidate will assist in managing Front Office in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations in a proactive manner.
- Familiarize with guest arrivals and their needs, and follow up as required.
- Control room availability for walk-ins and establish accountability for guest departure dates and times.
- Maintain reservation procedures and same-day arrivals.
- Check all billing instructions and guest credit for accuracy and resolve related issues.
- Inspect Front and Back of house for cleanliness, Health & Safety, and report any faults to concerned departments.
- Conduct efficient hand-over with the coming Manager.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and the hotel.
